Finance and Fundraising Volunteers-

Ongoing / 1-2 Hours Per Week

The Funding and Finance Team is responsible for supporting future developments of the project though monitoring opportunities and applying for  funding for different aspects of the project.
This team supports the bookkeeping, finance reporting, Fundraising,  project monitoring and evaluation.

Plants and Planting Volunteers- 

Ongoing / 1-2 Hours Per Week

The Plants and Planting Team is responsible for researching and recommending plants that will go on the site . They work closely with the Infrastructure and Finance Fundraising team to plan and apply for the money to make things happen. This team will keep records of what is planted, performance and harvesting and recommend the maintenance schedule with the Events and Volunteer Team.

Events and Volunteer Management Team 

Ongoing / 1-2 Hours Per Week

Get involved by helping develop an exciting events programme to help people to make connections with each other and local food through our activities .

Welfare Volunteer

Ongoing / 1- 2 Hours Per Week

A Welfare volunteer will be involved in varied tasks including managing the Health and Safety of volunteers, maintaining Risk Assessments and wellbeing PPE resources, contributing to the volunteer handbook and hosting workshops and drop-ins.

Communications/ Marketing Volunteers

Ongoing / 1- 2 Hours Per Week

We are currently seeking volunteers who can take on the promotion of our volunteer sessions and organise a schedule of Community Events.
Get involved by helping develop a communications plan to engage with local volunteers, residents and visitor.

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to promote our events and set up and maintain social media sharing lots of content, an involvement in one or more teams above will give a working knowledge of current activities
